They were previously engaged in December 2017. “This is really happening!!! I am engaged to the love of my life,” the French-born pastry chef wrote on Instagram. “I love you forever #love.” Christophe proposed to Wilma on Christmas Day 2017.

Talking briefly about her husband, Christophe was born in the year 1984. So, he is 38 years old.
When Christophe was 15 years old, the road to becoming a chef was already laid out in front of him. There were only two options left for Christophe: he could either go back to school or get a job. He worked hard in the kitchen every day after joining a Michelin-starred restaurant to gain the respect of his coworkers.
Christophe completed a five-year savory and pastry apprenticeship. He started traveling because he needed additional experience, and doing so helped him build his network and learn new talents from the finest.
Among the many employers Christophe Rull worked for, his experience working with chef Marc Veyrat is one that he will never forget. In 2008, he spent six months working under him as his Chef de partie Pastry. During that period, he was in charge of managing daily orders and stocks, developing new menus, and producing a daily production of superior pastries for a Three Michelin Star establishment.
Christophe joined the National School of Pastry (ENSP) after finishing his studies under Marc Veyrat and began working as a teaching assistant there. While there, he gained knowledge in a variety of areas, such as supply chain management, how to prepare all the necessary materials before the ENSP training sessions, how to make all the danishes for breakfast, how to make the best desserts for lunch, and more.
