Mike Berk first met the Colombian single mother of two, Ximena Morales Cuellar on an international dating app in early 2020. Though Ximena spoke no English and Mike only spoke half a Spanish, the two bonded well with the help of a translator app.
Also, it was around that time, Mike applied for the casting of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Later, as he received a confirmation call, his friends told him that he was “crazy”, and everyone reminded him about how “people are always looking out for money and things like that.”
Ximena is “definitely not like that,” Mike insisted. He fell in love with her “her personality,” and the pair were already planning a wedding and kids.
The last saw him, Mike was planning to propose and bring Ximena and her sons to the U.S.
So, will Mike and Ximena end up together? Well, given the language barrier, and other obstacles like closed borders and travel restrictions, it’s a hard fight for them. Also, there’s a question, if Ximena was more in love with the gifts and money, or with Mike himself.
But whatever the outcome may be. Mike was determined to meet Ximena and make it work. “If you know the person is for you, ignore all the haters and just be you,” he shared.

Mike Berk was working as a social media director at Malibu Detailing before he joined 90 Day Fiance in 2021. The company was owned and operated by firemen with over years of experience at Stony Point, NY. As for his education, Mike graduated with an associate of arts degree from the College of Westchester in 2006 and went on to join Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus that same year, finally graduating with a bachelor’s of science degree in 2011.
