Miss USA 2023 Noelia Voigt who was crowned Miss Utah USA 2023 has competed in several pageantry before she was able to secure the highest honor in USA pageantry. The most recent event was held at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno on Sept. 29.
The pageant is being staged for the first time under the direction of fashion designer Laylah Rose, who took over as president of the Miss USA Organization last month after Crystle Stewart resigned due to suspicions that the 2022 competition was rigged in R’Bonney’s favor.
Miss Hawaii Savannah Gankiewicz took second place, followed by Miss Wisconsin Alexis Loomans, Miss Pennsylvania Jasmine Daniels, and Miss Texas Lluvia Alzate in that order.
