Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria has two sons Francisco “Frankie” Rosello and Peter Rosello Jr. In January 2022, her eldest son Peter was arrested allegedly slapping and kicking his girlfriend in a domestic dispute on 6 January, according to the reports of Page Six.
Peter was booked at 2 a.m. and charged with a battery misdemeanor. His bond was set at $1500, and he was still in jail. This isn’t the first time he got into trouble with the law. Back in 2012, Peter was arrested for attacking a homeless man. He pleaded guilty and struck a deal to keep him out of jail. Again in 2013, he was arrested for marijuana possession.
During the season 4 trailer of RHOM, Peter displayed his lack of thrill for his mom’s engagement. “Just because you decided to dive into this world of being married doesn’t mean I have to participate and all this bullsh*t,” he shared. The trailer also showed that Alexia’s fiance Tood fighting with Peter, “You’re a loser; you’re going to wind up in jail”. Whereas, Peter responded, “If you say that one more time, I’m going to beat you up”.
Peter’s brother Frankie also got into a huge accident while riding in the passenger seat during the time of filming between seasons 1 and 2 in August 2011. The accident sent him in a coma in a pediatric hospital for three months so the swelling in his brain could go down.
Since Frankie’s accident, Alexia has been struggling with her elder son Peter’s behavior.

Not much has been revealed about Peter Rosello Jr.’s girlfriend except for the fact that they were dating for three months.
Miami-Dade Police Department’s spokesperson revealed to PageSix that the pair had an argument that initiated when the couple arrived at the Miami apartment after a night out. His girlfriend told Peter that she wanted to stay at her mother’s place instead, which made Peter “upset”. The girlfriend alleged that Peter put his hand on her neck and pushed her backward, and so she slapped his hand from her neck.
As the report alleged, Peter started to knee his girlfriend in her crotch area which caused her to fall to the ground. Then he kicked her once again while she was on the ground. His girlfriend tried to escape running out the front door, but Peter allegedly “grabbed the victim by her arm and pulled her back inside of the apartment”.
The report further stated that Peter’s girlfriend then tried to flee a second time and started yelling. This argument draws the attention of a neighbor who has been listed as a witness to the incident. The witness told the police that he saw Peter, “pull the victim inside of the apartment as she was trying to free herself from his grip.”
Then, the neighbor brought the victim to their apartment and called the police.
The woman appeared “distressed” and had visible redness to her face and neck area, and shared that she also had pain in her crotch area.

Peter Rosello Jr. was previously married to his ex-wife Eliza Kluegling. Alexia reported that he met Lisa, a lovely German girl, while he was in France. World Red Eye shared pictures of them in Miami, Florida in April 2016. However, there is no evidence of his wedding although entertainment news outlets reported that Peter and Eliza tied the knots.
