Petey Silveira has her family, especially her parents, to thank for her career.
Her spiritual journey began with her mother, who became her mentor in metaphysics and spirituality from a young age. It was also her mother who introduced her to Carl Jung’s dream interpretation, meditation, and reincarnation. Petey’s own experiences and challenges, including those from her father and first husband, contributed to her personal growth and understanding of soul lessons.
Sadly, Petey’s parents have long passed away. “Not dealing and grieving the unexpected death of my mother, who was my confidant, support person, first metaphysical teacher, and mentor in 1995, led me to depression, weight gain, and a variety of physical problems that manifested in my body from grief,” Petey recalled.
However, she’s now at peace. “I miss the sheer physical presence of my mother but am thankful each day for the connection I still feel,” she said.
Also, when her father took his last breath in Feb 2011, she knew he had “transitioned and is at a much more peaceful place” and did suffer as she did in the past.

Petey Silveira married her husband Ron Wayne on November 2, 1990, after her previous marriage failed.
“There’s been ups and downs, challenges and so many wins!! He’s there for me 100% as I am for him. He’s super loyal and my partner in life! I’m so very grateful for this drop-dead handsome, quality guy that came in and rocked my world,” Petey praised him.
Like Petey, Ron was also married before and has two kids from his previous relationship.
As for Petey, she has a son and a daughter named Sarah Burnett.
Talking a little about her husband, Ron worked as the President of the Harbour Bend Business Owner Association. He turned 75 in July 1948.
Trivia: Ron’s parents were married for over 65 years!
