Sara tells it is who taught her a work ethic that can only come from a veteran, and child of a coal miner and a teacher from eastern Kentucky.
Sara also is very fond of her mother Bev “Bebe” Bradley, who has adopted her daughter’s freight house kitchen under her care, serving as the official “kitchen mom”. Recently retired after 23 years as a social worker, the matriarch has since spent her days working alongside her daughter, making some of the best fresh-ingredient desserts western Kentuckians have ever had.
In her family, Sara also has a sister, Ellen Severson, and a brother, Joe Bradley.

Engaged in February 2017, Sara went on to get married to her husband J. Austin Martin on October 28th of that year. They have been inseparable ever since.
On IG @austinmartin216, J. Austin turned 38 years old on 16 February 2023. Making her “bearded babe” feel special on this day, Sara gushed on social media “i can’t wait to eat a million more meals with you, travel the world with our family, and dance to oldies in the kitchen til our legs give out”. J. Austin is a lawyer by profession.
Together, the couple also shares two adorable daughters. The eldest is Lula and she turned 3 years old on 31 May 2022. And Hazel Ro turned 1 on 29 October 2022.
According to Sara, becoming a mother has changed everything about her. Even the way she is at home or when she is with her employees and her business, the maternal instinct is something she now cannot deny, she said.
