Premiering on 9 pm Monday 16th January 2022 on ITV2 and ITVX, this will be the reality show’s first winter edition since 2020. Shaq shared that the reason he is entering the Love Island villa is that he hasn’t “had the best luck with previous relationships.” He continued, “So I thought, why not be in the sun and potentially meet the love of my life? Hopefully, I do come out with my future wife. The person I hope to marry one day. Hopefully, she’s in the villa.”
The Love Island 2023 contestant also shared that he still does not know what he’s looking for in a partner. However, he confessed that his family and friends would say that he’s quick to fall in love. Shaq said, ” I’m the type of person that wears my heart on my sleeve. If I find someone I click with, I fall very hard, very fast. Sometimes that can be a bad thing. I’m a very emotional person. It can be a blessing and a curse.”
Shaq also revealed one seemingly lesser-known fact about him. He shared that his favorite film is Dear John and he cries every time he watches that movie.
