Meet Shelby Miller, Trae Young Fiancee
Atlanta Hawks basketball star Trae Young is officially engaged. The basketball announced the engagement via Instagram post which he had planned. He posted a series of four different photos. Trae knelt down on the first pic and proposed to Shelby while his now-fiance was shocked by the proposal.
In the second picture, Shelby flaunted her big diamond ring whereas in the third picture they were embracing each other with the joy of their recent engagement. In the fourth picture, the engaged couple posed towards the camera while Shely showed off her ring again.
Although it has been widely shared that the pair started dating each other in 2018, Shely had hinted at the budding relationship back in October 2017 with an IG post. She captioned the post, “I guess you could say I’m a pretty big fan…😉.” But, they made they announced the relationship in February 2018 and have been together ever since.
Both Shelby and Trae are featured on each other’s social media frequently and the relationship got strong over time.
During the time of quarantine, the engaged couple posted TikTok videos together and entertained their followers. Hoop Life Central also reported that Miller answered some pretty personal questions. Like a fan asked about the number of kids they were going to have, to which Shelby replied, “three”.

For his professional career, Trae joined Atlanta Hawks. First Dallas Maverick picked him as fifth overall in the 2018 NBA draft but later traded him to the Atlanta Hawks along with a protected future first-round pick in exchange for the rights to the third overall pick Luka Dončić.
