Back In The Groove: Are Steven Flores And Sparkle Hyche Still Together?
Sparkle Hyche is one of the three women who joined the dating experiment of Hulu’s show Back In The Grove. According to the show’s synopsis, the show follows three women in their 40s as they flirt and forge connections with younger men at a beach resort, The Groove Hotel, in the Dominican Republic.
The idea for the show is “to rediscover their youth, live joyously, and hopefully find love with men HALF. THEIR. AGE.”
Sparkle was ready to focus on herself, more importantly, find love and get settled down. Likewise, any desirable suitors she might run with on the beach she was ready to interact with them and build connections. Although she seems to have a great connection with Steven Flores, the son of Sparkle’s fellow Groove guest Steph Michaels, Steven sets up prospective relationships with a number of men, including Akio and Lee.
Although the familial revelation might have caused some awkwardness, it didn’t prove to be a significant roadblock for the future marriage. “When Steven and I are together, I don’t even feel our 20-year age difference,” Sparkle speaks during Episode 6.
Talking about if they are still together, it would only confirm if they open up about their relationship status. But, there are a few hints here and there. Both follow each other on Instagram and that’s a good sign they are still on speaking terms with each other.
On the otherhand, Sparkle recently shared a clip of Steph and Steven to her Instagram story, writing that “I love these two!” And in another story post, Sparkle shared a video of her getting ready for a wedding — mysteriously captioned, “Headed to a wedding. I might be ready to be at the wedding next.”
