HGTV’s personality Egypt Sherrod has shared about her sister Tewan Sherrod on several occasions. She has also posted throwback pictures of her and her sisters on her social media. The sisters were born to their alleged African-American parents. Egypt often shared about her mother on her IG however, her father appears to be out of the family pictures.
Egypt’s mother who is only known as a beautiful light-skinned woman is endeared by both of her daughters. Tewan and Egypt’s mom often received compliments for looking younger than her actual age. Furthermore, Egypt revealed on her IG post in 2015 that Tewan is one year younger than her.
Egypt has often praised her sister for being the person in her life she could trust. Talking about Egypt, she has married the love of her life, Mike Jackson, for 11 years in 2021. Moreover, they have known each other for 17 years. Mike worked as a general contractor, a DJ, and a fitness freak. The happily married couple also shares two beautiful girls and one gorgeous stepdaughter.

Tewan Sherrod Comer is married to her husband Robert Skywalker-Comer. They have been married since 23 December 2010. Since at one point in their career, both Tewan and Robert worked for Virtua Health, their job must be the reason how they met each other.
Robert is a Delran High School graduate of 2000. After graduation, he attended Wilmington University from where he earned his MBA in Nonprofit Management.
Robert currently serves as the CEO of RobCo Vending which he founded in April 2019. Before that he worked for Virtua Health as Telemetry Tech, Behavioral Specialist at Caring Counselors, and Inventory Manager for Tamglass Glass Processing Limited.
But, based on some of Egypt’s social media posts, Tewan is a mother as well as a grandmother.
Tewan has two daughters Yasmin Sherrod and Peyton Sherrod. It is highly likely, she had Peyton with Robert Comer. As for her daughter Yasmin, she had her from her previous relationship because Yas’s full name is Yasmin Sherrod Singletary. Yasmin is also connected on Facebook with the Singletary family.
Yasmin attended and graduated from Towson University graduate of class 2019. According to her LinkedIn, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. As for her high school education, she completed it at Burlington Township High School in New Jersey.
