Tiffany Griffen first met Everson Griffen back in 2010 at a now-closed bar named Blondie’s, and the pair connected immediately. Moreover, two weeks into dating, Tiffany already knew that Everson was the man she was going a marry someday.
Two years later, in October 2012, the couple then went on to get engaged. Tiffany was six months pregnant with Greyson then. Unfortunately, the celebration didn’t last long as Everson’s mother Tiffany passed away of spontaneous artery dissection (6 days after their engagement).
Finally, it was July 5, 2014, when Tiffany and Everson exchanged their vows at Nicollet Island Pavilion in Minneapolis.
According to Everson, his wife is the best mom out there and has changed him for the better. “I bet people look at me now like, ‘Everson got three kids and married? Whew!’ Who’s that woman over here that changed him?’ My family is what I’m most proud of. I couldn’t do it without them.” he explained.
Even Tiffany agreed that Everson has “changed for the better.” Though he might have been carefree and made some mistakes, he is a better man now as a father and as a man.
“He’s become more dedicated—now he knows what it takes to be great,” Tiffany said.
As for their kids, Tiffany and Everson share 3 sons — Greyson, Ellis & Sebastian.
But they aren’t done yet. Everson shared that he was “going to have a big family,” with four or five kids.
Also, he planned on supporting his kids’ desire to follow in their dad’s footsteps. However, they won’t be introduced to the game until they’re older — “like until their freshman year in high school,” he added.
Overall, the Griffen family was happy. Tiffany and Everson celebrated their 6th wedding anniversary in July 2020, and the last we saw them was over Everson’s IG post (dated Nov 24, 2021, also Sebastian’s 4th birthday) filled with long words of love.
Even Vikings general manager Rick Spielman loved them. “Their family is our family,” he said.
But like many, the family has had their fair share of drama. Back in September 2018, Tiffany called the cops on her husband to report his strange behavior. She shared that Everson wore up in the middle of the night and left the home. “He wasn’t making sense, became combative, and ordered me out of the home,” she added.
