“Honestly, it’s such a community where I feel like I can go up to any of them and ask them questions or they can come up to me,” Xandra told E! News in an exclusive interview. “It’s a very open space and I feel like we’re all just leaning on each other.”
When Xandra uploaded her debut “Get Ready With Me” video to TikTok in October, she instantly became a household name. The DJ chose to pursue the career endeavor after getting a favorable response and 2 million views. “I’ve learned so much over these past couple of months and everyone has been so nice and so welcoming,” she shared with the outlet. “I could not be more grateful for that.”
“I’m so grateful that brands are looking at me and think that I’m a good addition to those trips in the first place,” Xandra told E! about the brand deals. “When people contact me and they’re like, ‘Wanna come?’ I’m like, ‘You like me?!’ It’s crazy for me.” And those incidents are beyond compare unforgettable.
“I just think it’s an amazing experience where most of the time its influencers or creators,” she explained further, “we all have the same passion for makeup, skincare, clothes, whatever it might be and we all get to come together and support an amazing brand. And not even just that but get to know the team.”
Adding more to that Xandra further explained, “Every single trip I’ve been on it’s been an amazing experience. Not just to just get to meet the brand and all the people that work for the team but also get to meet other people that have the same passions that I have.” One of the influencers who has helped her along the way is her best friend of more than 4 years and TikTok star Alix Earle.
“We’ve been best friends since before freshman year even started,” Xandra explained to E!. “It’s just been such a crazy experience going through it together and having a best friend that’s been there with me all the way through it and I’ve been there with her.”

TikToker Xandra Pohl was born as one of the three and the only daughter of Dr. Gregory and Lynda Pohl.
Her dad is a dentist by profession working at Buttermilk Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Greg has been practicing dentistry for more than 30 years. He chose the field as a way to provide care and use his skills to help other people. Dr. Pohl received his Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Cincinnati in 1983. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1987.
Outside of work, family and friends are Dr. Pohl’s passions. He loves spending time traveling and learning new things along the way. He believes that life is best shared with those important to you. Dr. Pohl can be found coaching his kids’ teams or watching them play in games, riding his bike or running, wakeboarding in the summer, skiing in the winter, and reading.
Lynda is currently working as a real estate agent with Sibcy Cline and Hyde Park. Lynda and Greg who have been married for more than two decades also have pair of Golden Retrievers named Khaki and Cashmere.
Besides Xandra, they have two sons named Connor and Cameron Pohl. Connor is currently working as Business Development Manager at Recycle Track Systems. He served as CRO and Co-Founder of Cycle Technology Inc. He is a 2021 graduate of Miami. The National Football Foundation awarded Cincinnati Country Day School senior Connor the “That’s My Boy” award, the highest honor an individual football player can receive in Greater Cincinnati. The award is based on athletic, academic, and extracurricular achievements.
