Wiley Battle first met his future wife Raven Goodwin while filming a TV series in October 2016, and connected later at the Morehouse and Spelman College’s joint “Spelhouse” homecoming tailgate.
“I physically bumped into Wiley at Spelhouse tailgate on 10-29-2016 and the rest is history,” Wiley recalled.
After 3 years of dating bliss, the two then went on to get engaged in April 2020. It was Wiley who popped the question during a picnic date in Atlanta.
Also, a week later, Raven then gave birth to their first baby Riley Rosa Bell Battle. Their daughter was born on April 15, 2020, with a “head full of her and stunning.”

Previously, they announced their pregnancy in January that year and went on to hold the baby shower on March 1 later. “I’m so thankful to be carrying a healthy baby girl whose energy has been nothing short of strength. I love you, baby girl,” Raven shared at the time.
Finally, after 5 years of togetherness, the pair then tied the knot on October 29, 2021, at an intimate ceremony. “It was perfect. Just us and our koúkla,” Raven summed up their wedding short and sweet.
For those of you who want to know, Wiley wore a red suit while Raven wore a custom Christian Omeshun wedding gown. The bouquet was crafted by Betty Flowers Santorini and Rave’s hair and makeup were done by Khamilia Smith.

Wiley Battle was the vice president/enterprise business development officer of the Bank of America in the Greater Atlanta Area. Reportedly, he joined the company as VP of Consumer Banking MBA Leadership Development Program in June 2016 and went on to work on the same post for over 5 years.
Before that, he worked as a corporate intern at FCA and also was the assistant project manager of Simon In Israel Consulting Project.
