Meet Enahm Hof, Wim Hof Son
In March 2022, Enahm Hof turned 39 years old.
Enahm started his career as an intern at Summit Sports and Events in September 2006. Besides the internship, he also worked as an instructor for different sports and activities on the beach. In 2008, he became team captain for Promodukties. In that role, he was responsible for delegation, leadership, and good contact with the customer at various locations.
He worked for Promodukties till July 2010.
After that, he founded Hof Outdoor & Incentives. His business helped organized different travels and workshops. The business also created the portals around Wim Hof (Innerfire, WimHofMethod, Icemanwimhof etc). Moreover, they supported various scientific researches, the last one got published in PNAS and Nature.
In January 2013, Enahm founded Wim Hof Method (Innferfire BV). He has been serving in the company as a CEO ever since. He attended and graduated from
Enahm welcomed his first child with his Ukrainian partner Iuliia Kulish in March 2022.
Who Is Isa Hof, Wim Hof Daughter?
As of 2022, Isabelle “Isa” Hof should be at least 35 years old. She started her career working for NSCR as Research Acquisition TransAM-Study in 2011. She also worked for GGD Amsterdam as Project Manager JOGG. From 2013 to 2016, she worked for Professional in NAH as a psychologist & coach, and intaker.
Starting from 2016, Isa has been working as Director of Academy for Innerfire (Wim Hof Method). She also became a product developer, coordinator of science, and co-founder of IceWomen Community. She has also been contributing as an instructor and has been involved in the company from an early age.
Isabelle holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. She also attended the University of Costa Rica UCR for a year as an exchange student. Furthermore, she holds a Master of Science from the University of Amsterdam in 2011.
Talking about dating life, Isabelle dated her ex-boyfriend for 10 years but the relationship came to an end in around 2018. She posted about the relationship and wrote on her Instagram, “An ended relation is not automatic a broken or failed one. Remembering those 10 years sharing a story with a significant other”.
However, in March 2021, she introduced a new guy on her IG and wrote the caption, “An ocean of love. Looking forward to more adventures with you.” His name is Oren Gatingo (@oren.gatigno). Although their current relationship status remains unclear they still follow each other on social media platforms.
Oren works as a Full Stack developer at McKesson Corporation.
Who Is Laura Hof, Wim Hof Daughter?
The blue-eyed beauty, Laura Hof is close to her father. She is a traveler and loves experiencing new things in life.
Career-wise, Laura started as a Trainee Economic Department for the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in China in 2013. She also served as a secretary for Atlantische Commissie/Netherlands Atlantic Association.
Laura also became Trainee Information & Communication Department for European Union Delegation to the United Nations. From 2015 to 2016, he also served as a Consular officer at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the USA.
She pursued an entrepreneurial path starting Laura Hof Alchemy in 2019. She started serving as a Nutritionist & Coach, Wim Hof Method Instructor, and YTT200 Yoga Teacher.
Moreover, Laura served as the general manager, Co-founder of IceWomen Community with her sister, and Head of Media and Business2Business from 2017.
Laura holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. She also earned her Master’s in History of International Relations in 2012 and American/United States Studies/Civilization in 2014.
Meet Michael Hof, Wim Hof Son
Unlike the previous three kids, Michael Hof tends to maintain a lowkey public profile. He appears to be involved in his father’s company but doesn’t share much about his contributions. According to his Facebook, he attended Caland Lyceum Amsterdam and studied at HVA Amsterdam.
Furthermore, he also revealed on his Facebook that he worked as a “PingPong Sensei at Innerfire – Xtraordinary in everyone“. He is at least 33 years old as of 2022.

Who Are Wim Hof Children Mothers?
The older four children of Wim Hof, he had them with his late wife Marivelle-Maria AKA “Olaya Rosino Fernandez”. She was born in 1960. According to one of his videos, Wim met his first Olaya in the Vondelpark in Amsterdam in the garden of roses when he was 22 years old.
Wim endured an immense loss when he lose his wife who suffered from Schizophrenia. He did his best to treat her but she eventually ended up taking her own life by jumping from an eight-story building in 1995. He also created a memorial for his wife in the park.
This was the start of his Wim Hof Method. The short story is that he found his grief could only be managed by plunging himself into ice.
When Wim Hof’s wife died they were between the age of 7 and 12 at the time.
Wim had his youngest son Eden with his partner Erin White, an Australian national.
