A new baking competition series School of Chocolate dropped on Netflix on 26 November 2021. Eight contestants came forward in competition to win the $100K cash prize; and for the opportunity of learning from the best in the game, chocolatier/pastry genius Amaury Guichon.
Now that you know we are talking about the show, that may seem like every other compete-to-win pastry show but, is much more, we meet one of its contestants Stephanie Norcio in this ‘Stephanie Norcio Bio’.

Just like each one of the participants, Stephanie had the best time of her life creating delicious flavor compositions on School Of Chocolate. But, it was the conceptualizing structural elements and realistic-looking pastries that turn out to be her biggest and best challenge through it all.
Still, Stephanie is aware the show has been the biggest blessing of her career so far. She was so happy after the word was finally out about School Of Chocolate. Upon its trailer launch, she revealed how having to keep this experience a secret for over a year was the hardest part of all.
Seven others joining Stephanie as the show’s pupils were — Juan Gutierrez, Amanda Miller, Cedrick Simpson, Daniel Joseph Corpuz, Mellisa Root, Thiago Silva, and Tyricia Clark.

Stephanie Norcio, with a certification in Baking and Pastry Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena, has been the executive pastry chef of new product development at DISTINCT INDULGENCE, INC. in Los Angeles since June 2021. (For high school, she attended Narbonne Senior High.)
Netflix also introduced her on School Of Chocolate as the chocolatier/pastry consultant, as well as in product development for packing CBD brand 6viand.
Previously, Stephanie has been a culinary coordinator, event planner, and chef/instructor, at Surfas Culinary District in Culver City, California; a pastry chef at luxury resorts, such as Hotel Emma in San Antonio, Texas, Hotel Bel-Air, and Los Angeles’s only luxury resort destination, Terranea Resort.
This way, over the course, Stephanie has had over 14 years of experience in some of the Los Angeles best fine dining restaurants, resorts, bakeries, and cafes. Her skills are vast as she is skilled, in international dessert composition, menu development, chocolatier work, wedding/custom cake design, bread, candy, plated desserts chef.
