Tessa Angermeier and Ben Savage began their love story in 2018. Now, fast-forward to over 4 years of dating privately, the duo is engaged to be married!
Sharing the good news first on his IG, Ben wrote, “The best is yet to come.”
For the engagement shoot, the lovebirds smiled as they posed in front of a pond in Owensville, Indiana. They both were dressed casually, though Angermeier sported a diamond sparkler on her ring finger.
Before revealing the big news, Ben also shared multiple pics from their time together during the holidays.
As per Ben’s rep, “They are both very grateful and enjoying this exciting time with their families and friends.”
Ben’s future wife, Tessa has always been his number one fan and his biggest supporter. Even back when the actor ran for West Hollywood City Council in the fall of 2022, Tessa was on hand.
For those who don’t know, Ben ran for a Seat on the West Hollywood City Council because he felt “there are serious challenges ahead and West Hollywood deserves sensible, honest and strong leadership to face them.” He felt the need for “new leaders with a fresh perspective who are ready to begin tackling these issues” as “people have become disappointed with the direction the city is heading.”
However, just prior to his candidacy, Ben was amidst controversy himself in an account of six female crew members accusing him of sexual harassment. As per the reports, women claimed that saw two very different sides of Fred — a charismatic, seemingly supportive colleague and a far darker, angrier alter ego. “He could flip to the latter persona in an instant, and in such moments, his eyes would go dead,” a woman explained.
Obviously, Fred denied the wrongdoing.
