Discovery’s popular show N*ked & Afraid is back for another season named N*ked & Afraid: Solo. The premise for the show is almost the same as in previous seasons. The changes that happened this season are the survivalist are taking on challenges alone and in a new location.
As the name implies, eight of the most experienced survivalists from the genre will attempt to make it through 21 days by themselves in this brand-new series. According to the synopsis of the show, the interconnected stories in the Discovery series will take place in some of the most inhospitable and inaccessible locales on three different continents.
Each episode follows several survivalists as they take on the toughest challenge of their lives, whether it be in a bug-infested South American rainforest, a chilly African shrubland, or a scorching Mexican desert. Their survival is entirely dependent on their own resourcefulness, abilities, and drive to survive since they have no one to turn to for support. It’s challenging enough to spend 21 days n*ked with a partner.
One of the contestants that we meet on the show is Terra Short. Terra is a trans woman and archer “who feels most at home in the wilderness with just their skills and knife. Terra is a single parent and lifelong experienced bow hunter from Mobile, Alabama.” Others joining her in the journey are Jamie Frizzell, Fernando Calderon, Suzanne Zeta, James Lewis, Chenny Plante, Shanika Malcolm, and Kaila Cumings.
Terra Short Job
We know that Terra Short is a bow hunter but is also an aspiring rapper and tattoo artist and former AC-130H Spectre Gunship Engine Mechanic at the United States Air Force. On stage, she goes by the name Draztik The Terrible. She mostly made rap/horrorcore/underground rap songs.
According to the artist’s bio in Reverbnation, Draztik “joined the military after graduating high school. Growing up, she was always shunned by not only the people she went to school with but even some of his family.”
After getting into the Air Force, she found that she was accepted by most (not all) that he came in contact with. Draztik lived in Florida for the better part of 8 years while stationed at Hurlburt Field and then was moved to Clovis NM. Draztik was in Turkey when she wrote his first verse of “Psychopathic Monster” and asked the ones she was with what they thought.
After encouraging her to move forward with this, she then wrote several other full songs. Today, she is writing songs and collaborating with such artists as (but not limited too) Mars from Mad Insanity Records, T.O.N.E-Z, and even Cousin Cleetus from Psychopathic Records. Big things are underway as she has a CD being released Dec 21, 2012 as his debut album entitled “–“.

She further explained, “Transitioning is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but so worth it.” Although, she’s not done with her journey just yet. “Things on the outside aren’t what they are supposed to be at this point in my transgender transition,” explained Terra. “I do have breasts, and I do have the male genitalia still,” she continued.
