Brigit Mahoney and Ryan Ferguson allegedly started dating in 2019. They sparked the dating rumor when Ryan posted pictures of them together on his Instagram. Brigit Mahoney started her weather reporting career at KMIZ-TV in May 2016 as a weather forecaster intern. After four months of internship, she joined the news station as Production Assistant. In that role, she communicated effectively with producers, directors, and journalists to help produce high-quality newscasts. She also edited and rolled videos, operated an audio soundboard, and rolled teleprompter for the live broadcasts.
Later, Brigit started serving the station as ABC 17 Stormtrack Meteorologist and Morning Meteorologist. in that role, she forecasted weather for mid-Missouri to inform and alert viewers on changing weather conditions. She prepared useful and engaging weather graphics for live broadcasts using the WSI system. Moreover, she utilized social media outlets to inform, alert, and engage viewers to maintain the station’s “T.A.B.S.” brand.
Furthermore, Brigit also produced and recorded radio forecasts for 9 local radio stations.
After quitting her job at the station, Brigit started working for FOX affiliate KTVI-TV in St. Louis in June 2019. There, she tracked severe weather in mid-Missouri, keeping viewers up to date on impactful or dangerous weather. While based in the infamous Tornado Alley, she covered several severe weather events throughout Missouri, often traveling into the devastation to provide firsthand reports of the aftermath.
In June 2021, there were rumors that Brigit Mahoney is to join Fox’s ad-supported streaming weather service. She left KTVI on June 11 and became one of the six meteorologists who provided the weathers report on Fox Weather, an online channel set to make its debut.
