But it certainly wasn’t Kris who permitted him to do drugs. Thanks to his mistake, Kris now is on the verge of divorce just a few months after her wedding.

It’s selfish is what it is,” the mother of two tearfully said during the May 14, 2023, 90 Day Fiance episode. “I had to be there to help him. Although Jeymi seemed very supportive of what was going on, that all changed.”
Unfortunately, during their arguments, Jeymi brought up their finances and said Kris wasn’t helping her even after telling her that she didn’t have to worry about money. And while she said she “understood” what was going on, it bothered her that “two weeks turned into five months.”
“Her son is not the reason she didn’t come for my birthday,” Jeymi alleged. “The situation with her son was much before my birthday. And the fact that she says she sends me every penny she gets is a total lie.”
For those of you interested, Dayne’s sister Starr turned 23 in October 2022. She was once featured on 90 Day Fiance when Kris left for Colombia to be with Jeymi. “I do worry about you being over there,” she said at the time.

Why Was Dayne Warren Arrested?
Dayne Warren was arrested on April 28, 2022, for possession of a controlled substance. He was then charged with one felony count of trafficking fentanyl and one felony count of possession of a controlled substance.
However, just 2 days later, he was released after posting a $51 thousand bond. The cast was then finally dismissed on June 14, 2022, after waiving the right to a grand jury.
Guess, Dayne was one of the lucky ones as in April 2023 Alabama lawmakers imposed harsher penalties for trafficking fentanyl. The U.S. state even approved punishments up to life imprisonment in response to the deadly overdose crisis.
