Heidi Johnston is Trent Johnston’s older sister who often appeared on 7 Little Johnstons to offer him some solid advice. She usually dropped in whenever there was a larger family event going on. For instance, she popped up when everyone was gearing up for Christmas on Episode 6 of Season 11, and also at the time, when Anna revealed that she met someone.
However, fast-forward to Episode 8 of Season 13, when the Johnstons were celebrating Thanksgiving, Heidi came to them to break the sad news that she was getting a divorce (which we’ll discuss more of below). Obviously, that Thanksgiving was marred, not only by Heidi but also by Trent’s diet, which was limited by his borderline diabetic diagnosis.
Overall, Heidi’s a close family member of the Johnston family, and she’s happy to be a part of it.
