Jacquie Roar Bio, Height, Real Name, Family, The Voice

Before finally getting to perform on the stage of The Voice, Jacquie Roar tried and failed and yet never gave up attempting to go on the show. Fast forward to 2023, she was able to mesmerize the Coaches during the Blind Auditions once and for all. She sang a cover of “Here for the Party” by Gretchen Wilson yielding a 4-Chair Turn. In the rest of the writing, we shall explore what became of her journey, winning chances, and her life outside of The Voice.

Jacquie Roar On The Voice

Jacquie Roar following her blind audition joined Team Gwen Stefani. Then, when she ultimately failed to make it past the Battle Rounds on the team, Coach Reba McEntire came through with a last-minute save. Because of that and all that Reba contributed, Jacquie has felt the change in the entirety of how she now performs as an artist, in a positive way of course. She said the “biggest thing” that Reba taught her was to stand still to sing, and not go crazy onstage.

For the Knockouts, Jacquie went up against Tom Nitti and Alison Albrecht and won a ticket to the next round with a cover of “Girl” by Maren Morris. Then came Playoffs where this particular contestant put her vocal chords to the test with Fleetwood Mac’s “The Chain.”

Jacquie was eventually chosen to move onto the Lives alongside fellow country singers, Jordan Rainer and Ruby Leigh. Throughout these Live Broadcasts, she sang “Wildflowers and Wild Horses”, “Don’t Blame Me”, “Alive”, and “Alone”. The latter performance captured her an Instant Save from the audience, making her one of the Top Five finalists.

Before this and before singing “Drinking Alone” by Carrie Underwood on The Voice stage some 10 years ago, Jacquie also appeared on American Idol in 2012. She had however ended up getting sick after the group rounds and was unable to continue.
