Joe Mazza On HGTV’s Home Inspector Joe
Joe Mazza with his break-out role on Home Inspector Joe became the latest handyman to get his show on HGTV in Jan 2021. The new series featured the home inspector as he helped home-buying clients ensure that they’re checking all the boxes when it comes to finding their dream house.
But Joe wasn’t the only one helping his clients realize their dreams. His go-to designer, Noel Gatts, always appeared beside him guiding the house hunters with their home designs.
So, how did he land a gig on HGTV? Well, Joe first shot to popularity in 2019 when USA Today asked him if he ever wanted to be on a segment about first-time home buyers. “They found me on Instagram. I was like, ‘Wow, you’re calling me? Okay!’” he recalled.
After the exposure, Joe then received another call from a production company called RIVR Media in July 2019. They then proposed an opportunity for the house inspector to have his show on a major network channel. “I honestly thought it was a joke. I didn’t believe it,” Joe said.
However, after doing thorough research about them, he figured that they were legit.
The star then flew to Tennessee to film a sizzle reel and “everyone loved it”. Thus, Home Inspector Joe was born.
“I’m on cloud nine. I’m so grateful for everything that’s happening. I have worked so darn hard, we’ve all have,” Joe expressed his gratitude.
Also, he shared that the viewers can expect a lot of laughs, and hopes that they will just “learn and just have fun,” from the show.
Is Joe Mazza Married?
Yes, Joe Mazza was a married man when he appeared on Home Inspector Joe in 2022. He was married to his wife Sonia Cipriano for 13 years then, and together, they shared a daughter named Gia Lucia (aged 9 then).
The two of his dearest were often seen over his IG, and also according to Lohud, they’ll be making appearances on Home Inspector Joe in the future as well.
Well, it’s only right for the show to feature them, as they are his inspirations. The first thing Joe did, whenever he pulled up to a house, was say, “All right, Joe, your wife, and your little Gigi are moving into this house. What are we going to do to make sure this house is safe for them?”
Days before the show’s premiere, Joe shared that his wife and young daughter were super excited to see him on HGTV.
