On his page, Joey posted a photo dump from Coachella, which included a picture of him and Raquel Leviss holding hands. Some fans are still not sure that Schwartz is telling the truth, and Raquel has not yet revealed who she kissed at Coachella. Whatever the case may be, Joey was with Raquel at Coachella when the drama occurred.
If this is the case, it appears that Raquel Leviss and he won’t go beyond a quick kiss because Joey is seeing Scarlett Bently, who actually stars in Below Deck.
