Yes, Josh Strobel and Aleksandra Iarovikova from 90 Day Fiance are still together (as of 2022). The last we saw the duo, they were sharing drinks with Josh’s co-residents and also hitting the gym together.
Looking back, Josh first met Aleksandra while serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Prague, Czech Republic. It was one fateful day that he and his missionary companion ran into her on the street.
“One cold February day my companion and I went contacting in search of a grand investigator who would love to hear about the gospel of Jesus Christ,” Josh recalled. So, as they were walking up the street Josh had a feeling that they should turn around. And there she was, Aleksandra, beautiful as ever.
Thereafter, they traded phone numbers, and met up for dates, and eventually, Aleksandra — a party girl who believed it was time to change her lifestyle — converted to Mormonism.
After Josh’s mission was over in the Czech Republic, he then returned to the US. And after a year of communicating on Skype, Josh traveled to Russia to meet Aleksandra’s parents in January and proposed.
The couple later married in the Rexburg LDS temple on August 10, 2015.
This was also right around the time 90 Day Fiance season 3 aired on TLC featuring their love story.
Over the show, Aleksandra shared that she was glad to be in the shop. But she also felt like she got married too young. And given she had to leave her old life behind and adjust to LDS life, it was a struggle for the new bride initially.
However, things are going smoothly for the pair now. “Falling in love more and more every day. Look at this cute surprise he prepared for our 6th anniversary. Love you sweet pea. Marrying you was the best thing that ever happened to me,” Aleksandra made an IG post on their 6th anniversary.

Josh Strobel And Aleksandra Iarovikova welcomed their daughter named Kaya in March 2016.
Unfortunately, after Kaya’s birth, the couple endured a lot of speculation and hate online because of Kaya’s darker complexion. Being branded a cheater, Aleksandra then quit social media.
However, before deactivating her IG, Aleksandra made a post clarifying her little girl’s appearance. “Kids may look like their grandparents and nothing like their own parents,” she wrote. Then she pointed out that her daughter was the spitting image of her mother and father who hails from Cuba.
“I don’t look like my mom or dad, I look more like my grandma. My daughter looks like my mom. Seriously, they have the same face. They look absolutely the same, it’s crazy,” she added.
Also, Aleksandra took the time to address the rumors that her close friend might be the father, “He is like my brother. That’s even disgusting to think about possible feelings between us. He promised him to protect me in Prague while Josh is far away,” she explained.
Furthermore, Aleksandra even agreed to do a DNA test just for the fans. But she didn’t want to prove “something to somebody who (she) didn’t know.”
After Kaya, Josh and Aleksandra then welcomed their second child named JJ in 2019. He was born with angioma (a growth made of blood vessels) on his face.
Fortunately, the surgery went well, and the tumor was benign.
Aleksandra later detailed the process of surgery and recovery on her Instagram.
Now, the duo doesn’t even bother to post their kids on their IG.

As for his earliest job, it was as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Josh served the church for 2 years, and also met the love of his life in the process.
So, why did he choose to be a doctor? Well, unlike many, it wasn’t for money. He wanted to help people in any way he can.
“Josh has so much love and compassion for people. He’s a good listener. So selfless. He’s ready to sacrifice his time and energy for others in need, even if it’s a stranger. No matter ethnicity, age, gender, race, social/financial status, marital status, religion, citizenship, political views, health, etc,” his wife explained.
Talking about his education, Josh studied archaeology and linguistics at Harvard University in 2009, and “policies and anthropology” at the same university the next year. Then, he received his B.S in Business Administration from Creighton University in 2016, and his MD from the University of Queensland in 2021.
