As a result, she was scheduled for Brain Surgery to remove the tissue damaged by her stroke. “It is very frightening, but we feel like this surgery is our only option for her Quality of Life”, Katie had shared back in June 2020.
Luckily, Haize was back to being a Kindergartener and her condition seemed to have improved fast forward to January 2021 and now.
