I Love A Mama’s Boy: Are Kristy Miera And Roberto Hernandez Still Married?
Yes, Kristy Miera and Roberto Hernandez are still married as of 2022. The last we saw them together was on Roberto’s IG dated April 18. Over the post captioned, “O for One-Of-A-Kind because this is what Love feels like when I’m with her,” Kristy was making herself comfortable on her husband’s lap.
Kristy married Roberto back on February 7, 2017. Six months later, the duo welcomed this first child on August 6. “May your neighbors respect you, Trouble neglect you, Angels protect you, And heaven accept you,” Kristy captioned a post flaunting her daughter a few months later.
Fast forward to March 2019, the lovebirds then welcomed their second child Kimberly. “I didn’t know my heart could contain so much love until I had baby number 2,” Kristy captioned an IG post at the time.
But sadly, Kristy’s second was diagnosed with tetralogy of Fallot as a newborn which is a heart defect. For which, she had to undergo open-heart surgery. Fortunately, everything went well.
Well, technically, not everything.
After the surgery, Kristy’s mother-in-law Nancy started questioning her second granddaughter’s paternity. She argued that while Roberto’s first daughter was a spitting image of him, his second daughter bore no resemblance to him at all. Ultimately, leading her to suggest that Roberto should get a DNA test to settle the matter once and for all.
Hearing his mother, Roberto was infuriated. She had not only questioned his wife’s loyalty but also question his daughter’s paternity. He declared that his mother hit a new low in her fight against Kristy demanding a DNA test of her granddaughter on national television.
Also, Roberto wasn’t the only one who was infuriated. Many fans took it to their tweets to share their disgust. “Forcing your son to take a paternity test of their daughter just cuz you don’t like their wife is clinically insane,” a fan posted.
While another wrote, “Nancy is a mess! Everything is Christie’s fault. Nancy said the baby doesn’t look like him so he needs a DNA test but neither of her sons looks alike either.”
As for Kristy, she was angry but not surprised, for her mother-in-law previously mentioned that she would do anything to get her son back. Once, Kristy even suggested that Roberto should have married his mother. To which, Nancy replied that her son shouldn’t have married Kristy in the first place. Oof!
