In Nashville, she sold her company’s 12000 sq-foot headquarters to upgrade into an even larger commercial complex. Louise Taylor Career

Louise Taylor started her career as a bookkeeper at a health insurance company in Rochester, New York in her early 20s. After her marriage, she moved to Florida where she started working for a management firm that represented entertainers. Then in 1993, she founded Tri-Star Accounting Group to serve similar clients.

Later, on she sold the business to accounting firm Gilman Ciocia.

According to New York Times, Gilman Ciocia executives suspected that Louise tried to hide the money she owed to the company. But she ultimately agreed to pay the money in question. Gilman and Tri-Star decided to separate in July 2001 and it was a fresh start for Louise.

By 2001, Louise moved to Brentwood, Tennessee with her husband where they founded Calvary Chapel. There she served as the “ladies ministry leader” and joined the board.

She then incorporated Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group. In 2002, she then co-founded Stonebridge with Mitchell S. Martin, CFO at televangelist Inspirational Network and a finance manager at Motorola. Then opportunities came knocking at their doorstep when Jamie Lynn Spears became a Tri-Star client.

Tri-Star reportedly gave a $40,000 loan to Britney spears’ father James which his lawyer first declined its existence.

When Britney committed to an eight-month tour named ‘Circus,’ Louise’s firm Tri-Star was hired to serve as the tour’s business manager, handling its finances and accounting. The tour grossed an estimated $130 million.

By 2009, Louise’s firm finalized a contract to manage the singer’s estate and took the responsibility of bills and cash management only.

In 2013, Louise sold her stake in Stonebridge.

The court document revealed that Louise had arranged with James Spears to change the structure of Tri Star’s compensation so that they would receive at least $500,000 a year. In June 2019, her firm billed Britney’s estate $350,000, which included costs related to Louise’s legal action.
