Stella made up a narrative about four Mexicans who came to their house and murdered them for money. She informed Peter that if he didn’t help her get rid of the bodies, they would return and kill their entire family.
Stella Guidry, who was imprisoned for over 30 years, is said to be alive and in her 90s. After her son Peter testified against her in exchange for a lesser charge of accessory to murder, she was found guilty. Peter, on the other hand, was sentenced to two years of probation.
Probably after his wife’s arrest, Guile met his second wife Elizabeth Frances Bilyou, and married on 9 March 1996. They had a son named Barry Nestle who later married Tracy of Apple Valley, California. Elizabeth was born to her parents Howard J. Bilyou and Arvilla Marshall Bilyou in Liberty, New York.
