RHOA: Meet King Solomon Smallwood Jr, Shamea Morton First Husband
RHOA Shamea Morton was previously married to her first husband King Solomon Smallwood Jr. They reportedly married in the summer of 2009. Just a few months after their I dos, on 25 November 2009, King Solomon filed for divorce in Dekalb County, Georgia Superior Court.
Based on the numerous motions and countermotions submitted by both parties, a review of the case docket suggests that the divorce may have been contentious. Being a shrewd banker, Solomon was wise enough to get a prenuptial agreement. Shamea attempted to have the prenup annulled, but the judge rejected her motion.
The former marriage was settled on September 10, 2010, and the final judgment and divorce decree were obtained on September 16, 2010, following what seems to have been a drawn-out and lengthy series of events. The judge rejected the former couple’s request to have the case sealed.
After her divorce, King Solomon was dating a Kenyan businessman named Gerald.
