BBC’s All That Glitters 2022 has announced its winner. The show premiered on 25 August 2022 and saw eight contestants going head-to-head in a series of challenges in a bid to be crowned Britain’s top jeweler for 2022. Jewelry world titan Dinny Hall joined Shaun Leane on the judging panel.
After completing weekly challenges and competing against seven contestants, Piers Carpenter has been announced the winner of All That Glitters 2022. In the finale, he competed against Emma White and Jack Mitchell. When his name was announced as a competitor, he shared how he got into jewelry making.
He said, “We were going through family photographs the other day and I was a baby – maybe three or four – and I always had some sort of chain or necklace on. It started before I actually knew it! I had a piece of jewelry made when I was 12 or 13 in my local jewelers, and I suppose that sparked my interest. My mum knew the guy who owned that shop and I worked there for five or six years before the jeweler took me on and taught me.”
In the final episode, the three were challenged to design and create a sapphire engagement ring for the bestseller challenger. After his name was announced he said, “I’m actually lost for words. I’m honored. I put everything I had into it.”
In the aftermath of his win, Piers took to his IG and shared, “I would like to thank all of the people that have helped me along the way on my jewelry journey. With a special thank you to my amazing wife who has always supported me and believed in me and my abilities and who also made me apply to go on the show.”
Piers then added in another section of the post, “I feel honored to have had the experience and it has taught me some valuable lessons… always listen to your wife!”
Who Is Piers Carpenter Wife?
Piers Carpenter’s wife is named Paige Carpenter. Per his Facebook, they tied the knots on 24 October 2021. While Piers hasn’t shared much about their marriage but Paige’s socials speak plenty for both.
They have been together even before 2010, so they dated for over a decade before getting hitched. Paige wrote a lot of FB statuses about Piers. Like in August 2011, Paige wrote, “Ahhh Piers makes me so happy!<3”. In January 2011, she wrote, “hates it when piers have to go home”

Talking about Paige’s job, she works at TPS Global Logistics, a cargo and freight company, as a Sea Freight Manager. She has been working for the company for more than seven years. He is the head of the sea freight department and oversees a team of 3 including her own apprentice.
Her job includes the account management of key clients, negotiating contracts, rates, and routes, billing, and overseeing all phases of the shipment.

On his business website, Piers Carpenter shared that he found a passion for jewelry at a young age. Around 12, she saved up all of his birthday and Christmas money and had a silver ring made by a local goldsmith. Years later, the man became his mentor. Fast forward to 2011, it was from that point, he has been in the jewelry business professionally.
Piers started his career as a sales assistant in an antique jeweler, “and working my way to being ‘on the bench.” During that period he learned a lot and had a deep appreciation for antique and traditional jewelry.
He writes, “My apprenticeship as a goldsmith was founded on quality and it was instilled in me that only the best was acceptable, and this is what you will see in my pieces. From the design through to the making my attention to detail is second to none. Jewelry is a passion for me and I love to make it!”
Piers specializes in two different things of custom jewelry, “The Bespoke” and “Wedding Rings“.
Moreover, he has also set up what he calls “The Venom Collection“. A snake ring that he made himself that he wears every day inspired this particular collection. In this collection, you can see necklaces, earrings, and rings.
