Melanie Inglessis had Amber Heard as her client and friend ever since 2015.
To list a few of Melanie’s works on Amber, she prepared the actress for the cover of Harper Bazaar in April 2019, Celebrity Fan Fest in June 2019, Cannes Red Carpet in May 2018, Saint Laurent Show in June 2019, and many more.

Melanie Inglessis Testimony On Amber Heard-Johnny Depp Trial
Melanie Inglessis first appeared in Depp v. Heard trial on May 18, 2022, online, testifying as a witness on behalf of Amber Heard.
Over her testimony, she revealed that she first met Amber in 2015 to prepare for the Tribeca Film Festival in New York. At the time, she was Amber’s makeup artist, and over time they slowly became friends.
When asked, Melanie then admitted to seeing damage to the bed and the writings in the kitchen slab of the penthouse as well. Also, she shared that Amber had injuries that looked like “somebody had headbutted her lightly — discoloration under both eyes and the bridge of the nose.”
Furthermore, Melanie revealed that Amber also had a split lip and verified the picture (with a chunk of missing hair) to be that of the actress. However, she doesn’t recall bruising on the scalp or pus and only remembers the hair because Amber showed it to her.
Finally, Melanie shared that to get Amber ready for The Late Late Show with James Corden in 2015, she did heavier makeup where it was needed and applied peach concealer to cover the darkness. Also, she recalled talking to Amber about using blood-red lipstick as the only way to cover up the lip damage.
Seeing Ambers’ demeanor before and after the show, Melanie was then convinced that she had the ability to do her job.
To describe Ambers’ mood and demeanor, Melanie mentioned it to be “angry, sad, a little erratic, I thinking through waves of emotions.”
Also, she confirmed seeing Samantha McMillen before the James Corden Show. However, she doesn’t know if Samantha ever worked on Amber or not. But she does recall seeing Amber crying on Samantha’s shoulder.
So, by the end of her testimony, Melanie then confirmed that she wasn’t interested in working for Amber and being friends with her anymore. She was tired of hearing about the conflict all the time, during her 1½ years of service.
As for her impression of Johnny Depp, Melanie always found the Pirates of the Caribbean to be “lovely.” Though she might have had less than 10 interactions with him, she never saw Johnny abusing Amber. The only source of information about their fight was Amber.
