It was June 2, 2022, when Melanie Pillman left this world. But the news about her death was revealed by her son, Brian Pillman Jr, only a day later, through an IG post captioned, “Yesterday at approximately 1:00 pm my mother, Melanie Pillman, was pronounced dead.”
Although Brian didn’t state the cause of his mother’s death, he hinted that Melanie’s addiction struggles over the years had to do with her passing. “Her death, while unexpected, was not surprising,” he remarked before adding that “Her lifestyle choices that dominated the better part of the last 25 years of her life had ultimately caught up with her.”
Also, sharing insights into his relationship with his mother, Brian mentioned that it definitely wasn’t the best but he was working to improve it.
