Mike Itkis was bound to lose to ep. Jerry Nadler in Manhattan’s 12th Congressional District. But he posted a 13-minute video to an online porn site of him having s*x with the porn star Nicole Sage as “a conversation piece.”
“If I would just talk about it, it wouldn’t demonstrate my commitment to the issue. And the fact I actually did it was a huge learning experience, and it actually influenced items on my platform,” he addressed the City & State.
Also, the candidate confessed that his video “Bucket List Bonanza” in 2021 was his first time having sex on camera, and insisted he was not an exhibitionist. Infact, Mike was the exact opposite.“I’m very much an introvert. I’m kind of a nerd who doesn’t like to be the center of attention if I can avoid it,” he explained.
Furthermore, Mike stated that he actively opposed the conservative idea that s*x should only happen between a man and a woman who are married to each other.
So, why the stunt? Well, he said that the issues he was trying to address were so important, he wanted to have his issues talked about in some way. And what better way to get the public’s attention than an s*x video of a political person?
Mike hoped to legalize sex work, end adultery laws, protect privacy rights, and redefine the abortion debate. “Men should not be required to support biological children without prior agreement,” his campaign website read.
But a “sex positive” approach wasn’t the only agenda on his campaign. The candidate also wants to end ending the war in Ukraine, strengthen cyber security (creating a safe environment and maintaining a balance between security and privacy), and more.

Then he got his BS in electrical engineering from Cornell University in 1991, a master’s in entrepreneurship, management, and computer information from Baruch College in 2008, and a master’s in computer and information systems security from Western Governors University in 2017.
