Paulie Connell’s dad Noel Francis Connell is no more. He passed away on 12 January 2016. That very day, Paulie had taken to his Facebook to tell his friends there that the day had to be one of the toughest days of his life. He wrote that his best friend/hero/partner in crime was laid to rest. “I have learned so much from him and while teaching he gave me strengths that I only found out how strong I am today”, he penned as he prayed for his soul to rest in peace.
Most recently, on his death anniversary, Paulie again beautifully wrote years have passed, and not a day goes by when he does not think of his father and look up at the sky. On his Facebook, Paulie also once put on display a poem that Kameron wrote for his dad.
According to Paulie, his dad touched the heart of so many people at home and abroad. The patriarch, he said, used to give his friends and family great advice.
Late Noel was born on 11 December 1993 and so he lived until the age of 82.
Paulie Connell Mom: Clare Connell
Paulie is just as fond of his mother Clare Connell, who has fortunately been by his side as of now.
On March 2022, Paulie lengthily gushed on a social media post that there is never a dull moment with his lady. He talked about how “this lady” always finds a way to lift his spirits and keep him believing no matter how hard times may get.
So, like that, Paulie has always felt “an honor” to call her his mom and best friend. Yet, also recently, he sadly discussed on social media about not getting to spend time with his “little Jem”.

Just in May 2023, The U.S. Sun reported that RHONJ star Dolores Catania’s boyfriend Paulie Connell will soon be officially divorced. Apparently, Joanne Connell, Paulie’s ex-wife filed for divorce in New York on 4 February 2020. Three years later and Paulie still has not already signed those divorce papers.
Further details of the proceedings are not known. But, Paulie did explain to The Sun why divorce proceedings have been held up. He said “There’s been no really need for me to be divorced, like, it’s not like I was getting married or I go around marrying people for the fun of it” and then added that he and Joanne were quite comfortable. Now though, he said, they have considered already that it is about time to close the chapter of their marriage.
So you know, he also confirmed “I’m very happily separated and very soon to be happily divorced.”
Joanne is a 49-year-old woman from Rockland County. She has little to no existence on social media. And even Paulie admitted that she is a very private lady and she is always been like that from the day he met her.
So, like Dolores’ ex Frank Catania, Paul’s ex Joanne is also said to be “very happy” for her husband and Dolores.
Paulie Connell Kids
Paulie Connell was married to Joanne for over 16 years and in those years they gave birth to two boys.
With The Sun, Paulie also gushed that his ex, with whom he has a”very good understanding”, has done a great job raising his children. One of them is Brooklyn Connell (on IG @brooklynconnelll) and he turned 17 years old on 29 June 2022. Another is Kameron Connell (on IG @connelldinnho). He reached the age of 21 on 5 November 2022.
Often on social media, we can Paulie talking about his boys’ accomplishing great things and the kindness that they show. He never stops showing just how proud he is of them.
