And Salley, like any other contestant, deservingly deserves to be in the spotlight, regardless of whose season it is, even though she is not among Reality Steve’s top three.
Who Is Salley Carson Fiance, Avery Buchholz?
Salley has been presented to the Bachelor nation as a career-focused girl, very religious, adventurous, and family-oriented. She says she wants a man who is loyal, fun, and willing to give her lots of attention because, why lie? But, before signing up to ‘The Bachelor’ season 26, Salley was reportedly supposed to get married to her fiance Avery Buchholz. Reality Steve shared pictures of her bachelorette party he had a month before joining the show. However, the wedding was called-off and she made her way to the bachelor. The wedding registry shares that they were supposed to be married on 26 September 2021.
Avery is currently an assistant professor of neurosurgery at the University of Virginia, as well as a practicing neurosurgeon in the state. “Adult degenerative scoliosis, complex spine renovations, and minimally invasive spinal operations” are among his specialties.
What’s more, Avery attended medical school at the University of Wisconsin, where he received both a Doctor of Medicine and a Masters in Public Health after graduating summa cum laude from The Citadel in Charleston. After that, he completed a residency in neurological surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Senior Vice President of Medical Sales College also congratulated her for her new position at Mazor Robotics. There she worked as a member of the Spine and Brain team as a Clinical Sales Specialist.
She had completed a 6-week Spine Program.
In addition, Salley has also been working as a Clinical Specialist starting from February 2019. Two months later, she took the responsibility of Associate Navigation and Robotics Consultant.
Speaking about the job, she revealed to Medical Sales College interview, “My current job is covering cases around my territory and attending the surgeries being in the OR and being a technical resource to the surgeon.”
She has been working in the current role for nearly three years. Back in 2017, Salley also worked while she was a student in Medical Sales College for four months.
Salley attended Medical Sales College for a year. She earned her bachelor’s from South Carolina-Columbia in 2017 while majoring in retail.
Salley Carson Family
Salley Carson was born to her father David Brian Carson and her mom Charlotte Smith White.
Not much is known about her father, however, her mother is a graduate of Gaston Day High School. For her college education, Charlotte attended the University of South Carolina – Columbia where she studied mathematic and Marketing. Charlotte formerly worked as Math Teacher at Greenville County School. After that, she taught math at Wade Hampton High School and has retired now.
Salley’s parents divorced and her mother remarried again.
Salley had three elder triplets sisters; Charlotte Bess Carson, Cynthia Clair Carson, and Elizabeth Brian Carson who were born on 5 June 1992. However, her grandma Barbara Bess Carson’s obituary stated that Elizabeth Brian Caron had passed away.
Talking about her sisters, Cynthia Clair Carson married Kyle Smith. The family currently lives in Greenville, South Carolina. She attended J. L. Mann High School and also attended the University of South Carolina – Columbia. She works at C Dan Joyner Property Management.
Charlotte, on the other hand, lives in Enterprise, Alabama. She married her husband Will Cox 1 July 2017. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and formerly worked as Kindergarten Teacher at Sterling School.
