Sasha Palma, a model, has filed a $120,000 lawsuit against Kylie Jenner’s business, Kylie Cosmetics, alleging that she wasn’t paid promptly for work she completed three years ago. In lawsuit documents that TMZ reviewed, Palma claimed that the cosmetics firm hired her for two photo shootings in 2020, the first of which took place in June of that year. She claimed that she was recruited for the one-day shoot in June at a daily cost of $2,000 with the understanding that she would be paid the following month.
According to Sasha’s testimony in court documents, Kylie Cosmetics paid her for the services she provided more than 30 days late. In court documents, she claimed that Kylie Cosmetics’ failure to pay the money resulted in fines that totaled $60,000.
Sasha claimed that she took part in a second photo shoot for the business in August 2020 and that, in a related incident, she did not receive the $2,000 payment until after the 30-day grace period had passed. She is requesting an additional $60,000 from the court to cover the late payment penalties.
Sasha posted an image of her face on Instagram in July 2020 with the message, “NEW CAMPAIGN FOR #kyliecosmetics,” highlighting her work for the brand. A spokesman for Kylie Cosmetics told TMZ that the business has documentation showing Palma received payment for both of the days she worked prior to a 45-day window after the photoshoots.
