Scarlette is one of the cast members of I’m A Celebrity. The show has returned to Australia after three years away from the jungle. Scarlette, 35, is best known for being a presenter on Channel 4 property show A Place in the Sun from 2015 to 2022.
In addition to Love It or List It, George Clarke’s Flipping Fast, and Worst House on the Street, Scarlette has contributed to numerous real estate programs. Additionally, Scarlette has contributed to The One Show and BBC’s Points of View. Scarlette, who was born in Enfield, began her professional life in musical theater.
Scarlette has performed in shows like I Can’t Sing, Little Shop of Horrors, and Hairspray. She also performed and danced in support of the UK group Electro Velvet at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest. Only five points were awarded to the group.

Scarlette Douglas is the daughter of Bev and Joe Douglas. In August 2022, Scarlette’s parents their 46th anniversary via a FB post.
She wrote, “It’s that time again!!! Happy 46th Wedding Anniversary to the best parents I could have ever asked for! Thank you both for everything you do for all of us. For giving us more than you have and always supporting us with everything we do. I hope we’ve made you both very proud! What an achievement.”

Meet Scarlette Douglas Mother, Bev Douglas
In 2022, Scarlette Douglas wished her mom Bev Douglas Mother’s Day on Instagram. She wrote, “Happy Mother’s Day to the best mum I could ever ask for! If you’ve ever had the blessing of meeting her you’ll know how incredible she is. Loving, caring, empathetic, and funny as hell! Happy Mother’s Day Mum.”

Each year, Bev celebrates her birthday on 17 March. In 2019, her family gathered to celebrate her mom’s birthday. She posted a pic and wrote, “Look at my amazing family out celebrating mine and my mum’s birthday yesterday. So blessed to have such an inspirational, aspirational, caring, and supportive network around me. I would not be the person I am today without them and everything I do is to make them proud.”

Joe Douglas is the father of Scarlette Douglas. On father’s day 2021, she wished her dad, “Happy Father’s Day to this legend! The OG I call Pops/Uncle Ben 👴🏾 lol. Literally the most incredible Dad I could ever ask for.”
Joe celebrates his birthday in March every year. On 29 March 2019, Scarlette wrote, “Happy Birthday to the legend that is Daddy Douglas! The man that taught me how to fight hard for what I want, never give up and value my worth. Happy birthday, Pops!.”
Joe was born to his mother Venita Gwendolyn. Venita was born on 22 November 1934 and died on 4 June 2018.
In 2018, Scarlette shared that her father set up about her father’s contribution to Black History Month. She wrote, “Happy Black History Month! No this is not Uncle Ben (although an uncanny resemblance I know…!) but it’s my Papa!! This legend set up BHM in the UK alongside Lee Bailey the American Founder and years later, we are still celebrating! My father and mother are both the reason why I am so hardworking, passionate, and determined in life and I thank them every day for making me and my brothers the people we are today!”
