Trudy explained her ideas and stated that she is running for politics to bring people with diverse viewpoints together in a campaign video released Tuesday.
Valentine has been a strong supporter of Democratic politicians, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, and hosted a fundraiser for former presidential candidate Hilary Clinton at Grant’s Farm in 2016. Former state senator Scott Sifton stepped out of the election and is now supporting Valentine’s campaign, according to the news outlet.
