Tyler Blackburn’s parents may not be married and living together, but they still chose to live in the same town. They were residing in Valencia, a neighborhood in Santa Clarita located within Los Angeles County, California, as of 2022.
As for Tyler, he bought himself a piece of real estate in the Atwater Village neighborhood of Los Feliz in Los Angeles back in 2015. He dropped $965,000 on the three-bed, two-bath charmer. This 1579-square-foot home with that “vintage Los Angeles” feel was built in 1922.
Other than Pretty Little Liars, Tyler has starred as Pete in the six-episode web series Wendy. In 2012, he starred in the drama Hiding alongside, and in March 2018, he joined the cast of The CW series Roswell, New Mexico. He played Alex Manes, an Air Force veteran with his fair share of physical and psychological trauma. And it was in fact this very role of the gay veteran that helped him make the decision to share his identity publicly as queer back in 2019.
Also, Tyler had temporarily stepped back from the show from season 3 and part of season 4 citing that he was dealing with intense health issues at the time. Luckily, the actor, model, and singer seemed to have healed from that phase of his life. He seemed to be back for good claiming that he finally has gratitude for all of the resilience his body has shown.
In between his career, Tyler also pursued music, releasing numerous songs with Carolyne Neuman, aka Novi. One among them “Can’t Love Me” was played in the twelfth episode of Roswell, New Mexico.
