The popular dating show, Love Is Blind, is back and for its 4th season, the show is going west in Seattle where 30 singles hope to find true love. Hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, Season 4 of Love Is Blind premiered on Netflix on March 24th, with only 5 episodes released on that day. In case you have forgotten how Love Is Blind works, here’s a quick rundown of the show’s format. Love Is Blind follows 15 men and 15 women, all from the same metropolitan area, hoping to find love. For 10 days, the singletons date each other in purpose-built “pods” where they can talk to each other through a speaker but not see each other.
A couple gets to meet face-to-face only after a marriage proposal is accepted. The engaged couples head to a couples’ retreat where they get a chance at knowing each other more deeply and also meet other engaged couples. During this trip, the couple also has their first opportunity to be physically intimate. Following the couples’ retreat, all contestants move to the same apartment complex in the city they live. There, they meet their parents’ friends and families. They also plan weddings to be held at the end of 4 weeks. At the altar, each contestant has to decide whether or not to say “I do.”
With a busy life, Wendi said she has “no time” and is “too content” to prioritize dating but still joined the social experiment to meet “awesome people and potentially find love.”
Unfortunately, Wendi did not get much screen time in the first five episodes that are live now. In her latest Instagram post, which was made back on September 9, 2022, several viewers of the show commented that Wendi deserved more air time.
