When TVLine obtained an exclusive sneak peek of the April 4th episode of 9-1-1: Lone Star, we learned that things are not looking good for Marvin. Mateo, who is a firefighter in Station 126 located in Austin, Texas, is FaceTiming with Marvin while also introducing him to the team.
After some teasing from the side of Mateo, Marvin gets serious and tells Mateo this is not a social call. “Look, I’m not gonna lie. I’m in a bit of a jam,” Marvin tells.
In case you did not know, Marvin was in the second episode of the second season of 9-1-1 and things were not going well for him. He was just arrested by Athena (Angela Bassett) and was in the back of her car when a massive earthquake hit Los Angeles. The duo was driving at the time and narrowly avoided a huge opening in the road in front of them.
Athena stopped to help and she found out that one man is trapped in his car, which is leaking gasoline. The car was on fire but the fire extinguishers were not working. Luckily, there was a cement truck nearby that could put out the fire. That is where Marvin came in handy as he is a car thief who could hot-wire anything. Athena uncuffed him and Marvin used his powers for good. However, helping someone in need does not get him out of jail, and is handcuffed again.
Julian, who plays both uncle and cousin, is an actor, singer, and songwriter. His acting credits include American Crime, The Gosters, When We Rise, Love, The Affair, Into the Dark, and Titans, to name a few.
