Xander Boger joined season 2 of The Ultimatum known as “Queer Love” issuing “the ultimatum” to her partner Vanessa. Since their home base in Hawaii, it hasn’t been difficult for them to stay together over their four years of dating. Like all the couples they have issues regarding their relationship status, hence the Ultimatum.
But Xander’s desire to begin their next chapter as wives has forced them to make a decision, especially in light of her plans to conceive a family. Meanwhile, Vanessa worries that if they ever get married, she will no longer feel free.

Vanessa Papa and Xander Boger met each other all thanks to their ex-boyfriends who were high school best friends. Years later, after coming out and reuniting, Vanessa and Xander understood they were meant to be together. They reconnected at a local taco truck.
Vanessa asked Xander whether she/they were single and gay. Xander accepted the proposal. On this momentous Saturday, October 14, 2017, a fun-filled, love relationship began that would revolutionize both Vanessa and Xander’s lives by the year 2021. The former still desired a life of complete freedom/non-permanence whereas the latter had reached the stage where they needed stability, marriage, and a full-blown family, giving rise to the ultimatum.
“I feel like we have a connection that I’m never gonna find again,” Xander said. “And I don’t honestly want to look for it again. But I want to be married.” On the other hand, Vanessa stated, “I love [my girlfriend] so much, but I never envisioned a long-term relationship. I don’t want permanency, I don’t want stability. I want freedom; that’s not what a marriage consists of.”
Although Xander was aware of this, they were prepared to end their relationship because they genuinely cared more about their future children than anything or anybody else. However, after they started dating the other gay individuals who had voluntarily joined “The Ultimatum,” neither of them could have ever envisaged the numerous ways things would develop.
In order to explore other romantic options, Xander linked with Yoly. Yoly appeared on the program after giving her girlfriend Mal an ultimatum.
Moreover, Yoly noticed a pull toward Xander once the couple had a chance to mingle, and they both seemed to have a good understanding of one another. Yoly enjoyed how her trial partner valued her decisions and never took her for granted. Xander was pleased to have someone who did not fear commitment.
It was also encouraging to see how Xander and Yoly’s relationship developed as they began to trust one another and make an effort to work things out before getting into meaningless fights. In addition, Xander thought she was fortunate to have Yoly as her trial partner because she regarded Vanessa’s behavior to be occasionally quite unstable.
Unsurprisingly, the relationship between Xander and Vanessa deteriorated when the latter started flirting with Lexi and her girlfriend Raelyn. Additionally, although Vanessa wanted to partner with Raelyn for the experiment, she was clearly furious when Xander selected Yoly for the same.
Even as Yoly made the decision to defend Xander in front of everyone else, the episode showed Vanessa verbally abusing her partner of four years. Additionally, there is the fact that Xander and Yoly’s intimacy came rather effortlessly to them, in contrast to Vanessa, who slept with Rae solely for the sake of doing so.
Xander’s partner made it clear that she is a massive hypocrite.
In The Ultimatum: Queer Love, Vanessa’s discovery that Xander desired to live with Yoly Rojas caused her to break down in tears because she believed Yoly had been cruel to her. She was stunned to learn that Xander had struck up a relationship with someone else and would very well leave the program with that person.
However, following her breakup with Xander, Vanessa embraced dating wholeheartedly. Even though this complex circumstance had the potential to terminate Lexi and Rae’s relationship in the real world, Vanessa pursued something with them with eagerness. She accepted dating, but when Xander struck up even one real connection, she broke down in tears.

David Samuel Boger and Cindy Chandler Boger are the parents of Xander Boger.
David was born on 8 December 1956. He was a native of Winston-Salem and graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1980 and remained an avid Wolfpack fan to the very end.
Later, he received his Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 1984. He was a member of Chi Epsilon Honors Society of Civil Engineering and a member of the Society of Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.
David taught Sunday school at Calvary Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, where he was a member from childhood until he moved to Greensboro in 1994. Before his death, he was employed with Thomas Built Bus in High Point, NC where he was a Senior Reliability Engineer.
As for her mom, Cindy is 69 years old. She was born in 1953.
