Anthony Langston is a contestant on Hulu’s newest cooking competition show Secret Chef which premiered on 29 June 2023.
Anthony happens enterprising and highly-trained culinary professional, an executive chef, with more than a decade of cooking experience under his belt.

Anthony Langston On Hulu’s Secret Chef
Anthony Langston has been really excited about Secret Chef. He has been telling people to skip work and binge it all on Hulu. Also, in his promotional posts on social media, he talked bout being hopeful for their ragtag group of misfits in the kitchen. He has simply felt honored and a pleasure to cook with such fine people on the reality show.
Filming for Secret Chef took place in 2022 and Anthony said he had a good time on set with the cast and everyone involved behind the scenes. He thanked the show’s producer, David Chang, and Hulu for putting it all together. Also, he has been giving special thanks to Emmy nominee casting producer for Top Chef 18 and 19, Kelly Mack for getting his “*ss” to audition.
Kelly actually remembered him from the time he appeared on MasterChef. Anthony also had a stint with Netflix’s reality cooking competition Best Leftovers Ever!, where he competed against two other home cooks in Episode 7.

Since October 2018, Anthony Langston has been working full-time as the culinary director of Ten: One Artisan Cheese, a cheese shop in Denton, that offers house-made accouterments to pair with cheese selections. Also, they have admitted that their cheeses are not made by themselves but are imported from around the world. Besides, Langston also has come up with all sorts of pairings by roasting nuts, making jams, and incorporating dried fruit, herbs, and spices.
Per LinkedIn, he also has been doing other jobs. He has continued working as an executive chef at Lanky Likes Food (since February 2018) and as a head bartender at East Side Denton (since August 2014).
His path to the culinary world was not traditional. Anthony, a University of North Texas (Advertising) alum, developed a passion for cooking by watching culinary shows on PBS and Food Network as a child. That way and watching YouTube tutorials, he also taught himself all about cooking shows. He had gobbled up cookbooks and Bon Appetit magazine long ago.
When it comes to cooking, his skill set includes his attention to detail and his ability to chop at lightning speed. Speaking of the cuisines, Anthony specializes in New American and French and takes pride in his artistic flair in plating. He also excels at creating delicious Tex-Mex dishes and considers bacon-wrapped sous vide scallops with corn soup beurre blanc as his signature dish.
