Brace Rice first met Josh Segarra back in early 2010 at a birthday party. Unfortunately, she was super busy at the time and has to reject Josh’s offer for a drink when he asked her out. But Josh wasn’t giving up easily. He asked Brace to accompany him for lunch after his spin class at 11:30 am on Saturday and Brace agreed.
Infact, she even joined Josh’s spin class, thinking “If he shows up playing musical theater tunes, wearing a full spandex suit, I am not going to lunch after.” Meanwhile, Josh also decided that he wouldn’t go to lunch if Brace died 15 minutes into the class.
Thankfully, Brace ended up loving Josh’s hip-hop playlist, and Josh was impressed by how “gorgeous” Brace looked as she killed his spin class with ease.
Thus, dating for a few years, the lovebirds tied the knot in October 2014.
On September 30, 2016, Brace and Josh then welcome their first child, Gus Maine, into the world. And three years later, on January 8, 2020, Brace gave birth to her second son Hank Rice.

So with this next little guy coming along, I’m just excited to laugh at the times [Gus] gets frustrated,” he explained.
