N*ked And Afraid: Meet David Serpa, David Link Husband
David Serpa is the husband of N*ked and Afraid star Dan Link. The couple married in September 2016.
Whereas, they announced their engagement in August 2016 at Pōhue Beach. Dan captioned the post, “It’s official! He locked me down. I love you more than life babe…”
A year later on their first anniversary, David took to his Facebook and wished him, “It’s my one-year wedding anniversary and I could not be happier to be living the dream with my hunky hubby Dan Link! Looking forward to a lifetime of wild, wonderful and passionate years together.”
In December 2020, Dan wished 37th birthday to his husband. On his Facebook, the survivalist wrote, “Happy 37th Birthday to my wonderful Husband David Serpa! Love you to the moon and back my dear!”
Likewise, on Dan’s birthday in October 2022, David took to his Facebook and wrote, “Happy birthday you wild, crazy wonderful man.”
Although David understands and appreciates that Dan loves adventurous activities. But, he couldn’t help but be concerned about it. Because Dan seeks a thrill in adventure his husband thinks that he should get insurance. It is not clear how long they were dating before tying the knot.
In 2023, Dan is competing for the third time on N*ked and Afraid: Last One Standing. To fight for a chance to win the $100,000 main prize, he and 11 other candidates will engage in a multiphase challenge that will put their survival skills to the test.
About the previous experience on the show, Dan had said, “The skin on my hands and feet was splitting open and my lips were so chapped and covered in scabs at one point that I thought I might be permanently disfigured.” But, he has made it to the final day. He said, “The feeling of accomplishment when you reach that final day is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.”
As of 2023, he is working as an event photographer at WDKX Radio Station. He has been serving as a Research Technician at UNCW Center for Marine Science since 2011. He had also joined Peace Corps Volunteer at Peace Corps in Nicaragua.
Dan had also worked as a field biologist in the uninhabited Northwestern Hawaiian Islands, where he camps for weeks on end to study endangered species. Born in October 1990, Dan Link is 32 years old as of May 2023 making him seven years younger than his husband.
