It followed followed several couples, where one partner was unwilling to let go of their ex for one reason or another.
Two years later, the show then returned for its second installment, and it brought back three old couples Loren, John, April, and Roy; Jennifer, Chantel, Danielle, and Josh; and Alex, Caroline, and Stephen; and two new couples DeAndre Asbury-Heath, and his girlfriends; and Chelsea, Matthew, Kenzie.

DeAndre Asbury-Heath kept his love life away from the media after filming You, Me & My Ex. Also, neither DeAndre’s nor Rowan’s or Elodie’s IG shared any hint of their relationship at the time.
The last we heard, DeAndre was still contemplating if he was ready to become a stepdad to Elodie’s child or not. Also, he was trying his best to prove didn’t have lingering feelings for his ex Rowan — which fans knew wasn’t true.
Infact, viewers believed that DeAndre was leaning towards his former girlfriend and making it evident that he still had feelings for her. They also pointed out that he stayed with Rowan whenever he was in town.

DeAndre and his ex Rowan were together for four years before the former’s lack of love and care for Rowan and her pet bunny got the best of them. However, Rowan maintained a close bond with DeAndre’s mother and insisted on visiting them, despite what DeAndre’s new girlfriend thought.

A professional baseball player, DeAndre was drafted out of Brookland-Cayce HS in Cayce, SC by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 15th round of the 2013 MLB June Amateur Draft. He then went on to own Rightfielder, Centerfielder, and Leftfielder positions. After 2 years with GCL Cardinals, DeAndre was then assigned to Johnson City Cardinals, and they released him on May 15, 2017.
But though his career ended that year, he kept his passion for baseball burning through his time as a baseball coach and instructor for various organizations. He believed that the experience he’s had at the professional level can truly help him assist other players in reaching new heights.
