A&E TV has returned for season 4 of Zombie House Flipping with new episodes to entice viewers to stick to their TV set. The show explores professionals bringing the abandoned houses back to life after renovation. The professionals work in Orlando, Florida where they renovate the left for dead structures.
One of the professionals that we explore here is Keith Ori.
The love for older houses developed inside Keith Ori at a very young age. He has been involved in house rehabbing since 2002 when he bought a second house for his family and kept the first home as a rental.
As his bio on A&E TV states, “He rehabbed the house himself, giving him the confidence to pursue other rentals and rehabs. He survived the housing collapse in 2008 by starting a company that prepared foreclosed houses for resale, handling 3,000 houses in 18 months.”
Since the first season, “Zombie House Flipping” concentrates on the Orlando real estate scene. The city, best known as the home of Disney World, led the nation in foreclosed homes between 2010 and 2016. Ori and his castmates were all working in Orlando when they were tapped to do the show.
