Meet Lamar Bonaparte Jr, Southern Hospitality Star Leva Bonaparte Son
Lamar Bonaparte Jr is Leva Bonaparte’s only son. He is everything to the Southern Hospitality star including her stylist as well. Yes, not her everyday stylist but he often told her to stop trying on granny glasses. Funnily, Leva, one day, went to a store with Lamar, and together, they came out with glasses that look like 3D glasses — the ones you get at the movies.
“So this is what we came out of the store with. He might be my low-key new stylist! cuz I’m not mad at his choices! Daddy likes them too lol,” Leva featured her new glassed on IG. She’s such a cool mom.
Besides being her one-day stylist, Lamar is also his mother’s modeling partner. In fact, as per the Southern Hospitality star, her son is better than her. “It’s not easy to match with the SonShine- when we do,” she said.
Talking more about her son, Leva shared that Lamar was “Weird and Different.” One normal day, he wanted to see the Garbage truck in the morning. It was chilly and he wanted to run outside. So, Leva grabbed the only jacket she had by the door — a FAUX fur. Then, Lamar introduced Leva as his “Bear Mom” to the garbage men.
Leva Bonaparte started her TV journey with Southern Charm season 7 and later got her own spinoff called Southern Hospitality which premiered on Nov 28, 2022. The series followed the star as she managed the restaurants she owned in Charleston, S.C.
Confidant, the star said, “If you can make it past the velvet rope at my club Republic, it’ll be a night to remember.”

Lamar Bonaparte Jr’s dad is Lamar Bonaparte, the co-owner of Republic Garden & Lounge. Meaning, he’s Leva’s business partner.
But that’s not it, Lamar’s parents also co-own three other bars located on King Street. Their premium sports bar has gleaming reviews on Google. And their fusion restaurant Mesu has a whole lot of flare offering a menu of Mexican food and sushi. It invites guests to come and enjoy Mesu’s “bold flavors, exotic plates, and well-crafted cocktails.”
Finally, they owned Bubbles N’ Bourbon. It was also featured in an ep on Southern Hospitality — the one where Patricia Altschul was shown having her own private liquor locker there.
Now, talking in detail about Lamar Jr’s father, Lamar has been working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. He has a degree in accounting from South Carolina State University. And besides the hospitality industry, Lamar also extended his business to the real estate world. Owing to that, he founded a total of 26 Industries, including a real estate investment, and development company.
