Meet Maxx Morando Family Members
Maxx Morando was born to his parents Dan and Amy Morando. In July 2015, his father celebrated their 16th anniversary. So, his parents have been married for at least 20 years. He is close to both of his parents who wholeheartedly supported his dream to become a drummer from the very beginning.
Based on their posts, they encouraged him to pursue a career in music and had him enrolled at several camps which promoted young musical talents.

Born on 11 January 1974, Maxx Morando’s dad Dan Morando currently (April 2022) is 48 years old. Dan was born to Richard and Jean Morando of Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania.
Dan built his career in the entertainment industry. He worked on several reality TV shows as a producer. According to IMDB, he worked as supervising producer in The Bachelorette (2004-2005). He also worked in The Bachelor seasons 4, 5, 6, and 7 as supervising producer and co-producer.
Similarly, other TV show gigs of Dan are Extreme Makeover: Home Edition from 2006 to 2008 where he worked on the show’s 51 episodes. He also worked in The Girls of Hedsor Hall (2009), Shaq Vs (2010), The Moment, The Voice Kids (2013), Cannonball (2020), and Temptation Island (2019-2021).
He also received credit for working as an editor for Survivor 2000.
According to Facebook, Dan received two Emmy Award nominations for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition under the category of Outstanding Reality Program in 2007 and 2008.

Who Is Maxx Morando Mother, Amy Kaye Morando?
Maxx Morando’s mom is Amy Kaye Morando. Born on 1 September 1975, Amy is currently (April 2022) 46 years old.
Amy is the daughter of the late Roger W Edborg and Kay S Edborg who married on 22 June 1957. Her mother was born on 1 January 1937 in Jamestown, NY. She graduated from Mayville Central School in 1954. After that, she enrolled and graduated from Millard Fillmore School of Nursing, Buffalo, NY.
In earlier years, Kay had worked as a surgical nurse at W.C.A. Hospital and was later associated with her husband in the operation of the former Edborg’s TV and Appliance, Inc. In later years she worked for Benson’s Ladies Apparel in Jamestown.
Furthermore, Kay was an active member of the First Lutheran Church where she served on the Altar Guild and many other boards and circles of the church. In previous years she was very active in community affairs belonging to clubs and organizations including the Moon Brook Country Club, former Jamestown Jaycee’s, the Norden Women’s Club, the Viking Lodge, and the Cotillion Dance Group, and also taught dance lessons while in Mayville.
Amy’s father, Roger was born on 10 October 1932. He completed high school at Jamestown High School in 1950. He served in the US Navy from 1952 to 1954 and skied for the Navy while in Switzerland and Naples, Italy. Roger then founded Edborg’s TV and Appliance in 1955 with his father, Julius, and soon after his lifelong friend and business partner, Ernie Hendrickson, joined them.
Roger was a member of the Sertoma Club, Jaycees, Boys & Girls Club, and Moonbrook Country Club where he was a past Member-Guest Tournament champion. He was a co-founder of the Jamestown Ski Club and a ski instructor into his 80s teaching youth, including all of his own children and grandchildren.
Roger received his Professional Ski Instructors Certification (Certified Alpine Eastern Division) in his 70’s.
Sadly, Amy lost her mother on 5 November 2016 and her father on 15 February 2020.
Besides her, Amy’s beloved parents were survived by her four siblings David (wife Lisa) Edborg of Rochester, Tim (wife Lianne) Edborg of Lakewood, NY, Todd (wife Katie) Edborg of North Carolina, and Scott Edborg of Saco, ME.
