MBFFL star Jessica Powell got happily married to Isaiah Martin, her boyfriend for some time, on 16 April 2022. The wedding seemingly took place on the beautiful seven-mile-long white sand beach in Negril, Jamaica. It looked like they also honeymooned in Negril only.
Before this, the two met back in 2016 on the steps of Jessica’s business Powell Fitness. At this same place, Isaiah later (July 2021) decided to pop the question.
Jessica, who had no clue, had just finished ‘Hot Shot 19’. Isaiah took her by the hand and walked her up the steps to meet their family and a few close friends who had been with them from the beginning. And that was it. He asked her to marry him. It was amazing and perfect and she was so overwhelmed with happiness and love is what Jessica, the to-be bride had shared later.
Jessica is certain that her and Isaiah’s paths crossed for a reason especially because he has been a huge support for her mom and dad as well during tough times.
Now, of all things, the MBFFL family is beyond excited about all of it, from engagement to wedding and even honeymoon, to play out in the show’s Season 10.
And one more thing! Jessica’s client-turned-pal-turned business partner, Whitney was also one of the many happy faces seeing Jessica and Isaiah exchange ‘I do’ that day.

As for Jessica, she was introduced on the show before she and Whitney, the show’s leading lady, teamed up for No BS Active.
Viewers were introduced to Jessica’s father, Will Powell when he helped Whitney create a diet and fitness regimen to take control of her deteriorating health. And because Jessica worked at her dad’s gym in Greensboro, North Carolina, she was asked to help Whitney prepare for her powerlifting events. Ever since these two first started training together, Whitney’s body composition completely changed and so they never stopped.
